Recipe: Creamy espresso milkshake

With eco-friendly Bluecup reusable capsules about to hit our virtual shelves, we've decided to celebrate.. with deliciously dreamy, refreshing-y, coffee-y Espresso Milkshakes all-round! This espresso shake is packed with some serious buzz and is absolutely heaven on a hot day - perfectly timed with Summer just around the corner!

Ingredients:

• 2 Bluecup capsules filled with freshly ground coffee
• 4 scoops ice-cream
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/4 cup milk

Method:

Use Bluecup capsules to brew 2 long shots and pop in the fridge to cool. Once cold, combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour and serve with a reusable straw.

Make mine mocha: Simply by adding a squirt of chocolate syrup.
Make mine vegan: Switch out the ice cream for frozen banana, and the milk for coconut or almond milk.
